Values & Policies
We foster an environment where actors can grow, discover, and thrive individually, and come together to build a community that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Values
-
This is a space of exploration, curiosity and risk-taking. Growth can be weird. Sometimes trying new things is hard. We support you finding your edge and dipping your toe on the other side of that line. It’s okay to be messy. It’s okay to not know.
-
We embrace and celebrate the fact that no one is perfect.
We recognize that mistakes and miscommunication sometimes occur in deep creative work. We value open, respectful communication and a space where people can work through challenges to repair and even strengthen relationships. If something comes up for you please share it with us so that we can collectively find solutions.
-
We celebrate active communication around boundaries and needs. The work is physical and sometimes involves touch. Adjustments are very doable. We invite an open conversation.
-
We proudly support and welcome the queer community! Let’s make this space queer AF.
-
We welcome (and desire) actors with neurodivergence and disabilities. Please reach out to discuss what accommodations can be made to support your process.
-
We welcome (and desire) all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
