I developed Body-Mind Audition & Interview Coaching, a systematic approach to BFA and MFA auditions and academic interviews, after I watched too many talented applicants get rejected by schools they could have gotten into with different performance choices.
Many students were both overwhelmed and underprepared. Not because they were lazy, but because they didn't understand what schools were looking for in this very specific context, or how to use their mind, body, and voice to communicate their message.
I've taught within elite programs including Boston University, Northwestern University, and Brown University, so I know what they're looking for. I combined those insights with my expertise in somatic performance training to create a step-by-step, body-based approach to auditions and interviews that calms performance anxiety and brings out an actor's most authentic, compelling self.
